Red Cliffs Lodge Date All charges are due in full at check out time unless other previous arrangements have been agreed to. Time, Places and Costs for the event are accepted as written. Special order Alcohol for the event is agreed to Per State of Utah statutes. Request for special orders will be provided to Red Cliffs Lodge in writing 60 days prior to the event. I agree that no outside alcohol will be brought to Red Cliffs Lodge for the event. I agree to provide Red Cliffs Lodge management with guest food count number at least 2 weeks prior to the event and I agree to be responsible for payment of said number of dinners. I agree to be responsible for any outside services, props or decorations that may be used for the event. I will not hold Red Cliff Lodge, owner, staff or management responsible for any specialty food items, decorations or any other items that we request Red Cliffs Lodge store prior to, during or after said event. We will not hold Red Cliffs Lodge, owner, staff or management responsible for unwritten requests made prior to, during or after the event; to wait staff, front desk staff or other individuals other than those responsible for contracting. I agree to be responsible for any and all damages that may occur during any event other than normal wear and cleanup. Red Cliffs Lodge may charge my card for any such damage. I agree to pay all taxes and 18% gratuities on food, alcohol and services. We understand that all monies held for deposits are non-refundable and that said monies are required prior to contracting the event date. A service charge of 1 ½% per month (18% annual) will be charged to past due accounts. If collection is made by suit or otherwise, I agree to pay interest until paid, also collection cost, including attorney fees. **The legal drinking age in the State of Utah is 21. I will not allow anyone attending the wedding or reception under the legal drinking age to be served alcohol by my guests or the lodge. I accept all responsibility for any and all legal consequences. Food must make up 50% of total sales for banquets. 2. A Red Cliffs Lodge Employee must be on hand at all times of liquor dispensing and dispense all liquor at the banquet. 3. Only one ounce per drink and liquor must be poured from a clicker. 4. Patrons may have only one spirituous drink or a total of two alcoholic drinks in Front of them at any one time. 5. Red Cliffs Lodge Employees may not buy drinks for patrons. 6. Red Cliffs Lodge Employees may not drink while working banquet. 7. Patrons may not remove alcohol from the premise of a banquet. 8. Patrons may not bring their own alcohol into a banquet. 9. All special order alcohol purchased for your event must be used at the event. (Please allow 60 days for ordering) Unused alcohol may not be removed from the event site per state statute 32A-406 (11). 10. A liquor warning sign must be displayed at the banquet site. 11. No alcohol can be served before 10 AM or after 1 AM
